The Grande Traversée du Jura is a 360km itinerary between Montbéliard and Culoz which can even be done by train!
It crosses the Upper Jura Regional Nature Park and offers a choice of 3 variants that take you over a mountain pass or reveal one of the curiosities of the Jura Mountains!
The GTJ also has 415km of waymarked trails for mountain bikers.

The ViaRhôna
The ViaRhôna itinerary stretches between Lake Geneva and the Mediterranean Sea! It passes through the southern tip of the Jura Mountains and follows the Ain riverbank from Sesseyl to Belley.
This greenway snakes its way across the bucolic Bugey countryside. Certain sections of the cycle path are shared with rollerskaters and hikers. It is easy to reach and has plenty of car parks dotted along the way for the convenience of users. Take the time to stop to visit nearby sites such as the Grand Colombier or the majestic Glandieu waterfall.
