Enter the beautiful grounds of Château de Germigney, take a seat at Maison Rosella and get ready to enjoy a gourmet experience in an idyllic setting. Francesco di Marzio, the chef, takes inspiration from his travels to San Francisco, London and Singapore, where he obtained a Michelin star. He puts all his influences, from Italian to Asian, into showcasing local products from Jura and the rest of France.

La Grande Saline
Listed as UNESCO World Heritage, the royal saltworks of Arc-et-Senans is first and foremost an architectural work of art. Its two museums reveal the many facets of this exceptional site. One tells the story of salt, the other focuses on the visionary genius of its architect, Claude-Nicolas Ledoux. You can then enjoy a stroll in the gardens.

Located above Salins-les-Bains, the Fort Saint-André has watched over the town since the 17th century. This medieval fortress was built by Vauban from 1674 onwards. The guided tours are followed by a tasting of wines, Comté cheese and salted meats.
