Since 2020, you can hit the trail between Champagnole, Nozeroy and Foncine-le-Haut! With 6 marked routes ranging from 10 to 27 kilometres, there’s something for everyone, all set in an outstanding natural environment.

Created in 2020, the Champagnole–Nozeroy Jura Trail Area is a dream destination for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers alike! With its lakes and mountains, it lies right in the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park. It’s no coincidence that many long-distance hiking and cycling routes pass through here, including the Grande Traversée du Jura and the Échappée Jurassienne…
When it comes to the routes, trail runners of all levels will find their challenge: 6 marked courses are available, ranging from 400 m for the shortest to 27 km for the longest! Four start from Foncine-le-Haut, while two are located in Chaux-des-Crotenay.
Every year in mid-May, the Val Foncine Trail takes place on the routes of this trail area!
